in server who I play probably all time (War3 mod RC13 with HLG) we met 1 people, who has been modified his cfg, but OK his new trick was that his scope fps was tuned, so he played with scope very fast, but without cheat, only with his bind, (maybe I will get that, by I pleased to delete his bind pasted topic reply, for security) because on server forum we have Hot discuss about that he is clean or not, but when I shoots 1X with scope rifles, He shoots 2X because of his Uberbind
some kind of that, but that's not exactly the same, thats all I remember, but not full

bind +attack2 wait wait +attack1 (also he plays with night elf and his ultimate) some kind of that, so he saws only some scope frames, but his react speed is soo fast.

Maybe this bind is from some PRO player con-figs (cfg) but my opinion is that that's not def cfg, as we play, and so his speed to react is much better, I think that's not clear play, and anyway who plays PRO or NEWB, but that's isn't right to others

All I want to knew: IS HE CAN BE CALLED CHEATER, USING ONLY BIND @cfg, WHO BOOSTS REACT
